the instructor was doing all the postures teached in the previous lessons in a quite fast pace.
and all this leads to aching of my both arms. especially my left arm. super aching. dunno whether is because i never divide the pressure appropriately. maybe also because of the 'old injury' of my left hand.
anyway, the point is normally after yoga, i will get the aching muscles on the next day. but i have already had aching arm muscles now. still got back, leg, stomach muscles. cant imagine the situation tmr. ahhh!! tmr i still need to go out de!!
and because of this aching arm muscles, i had hard time doing the following things: -changing out my top -applying shampoo to my hair -washing my hair with the hand-held showerhead -scrubbing the toilet floor and toilet bowl -scrubbing the clothes -handing up the bamboos of clothes to the holders on the ceiling grrr. ended up super tired.
after yoga, went to a primary school to help out dear dini with the notice board decoration. haha. so strange to be back to pri sch, though that's not the school i attended when young, but at the same time was so excited. haha. the individual step on the staircase are not that high as outside de (and my school. zzz. need to climb stairs everytime. cos lift always full). anyway, it was a fun moment~
it is so boring to stay at home alone, though there's radio, tv and internet to accompany me. one more thing, need to do the housework myself and take care of little things..
today is the day 3 alone at home. so sian. so bored!
had the laundry done in the morning, the weather keeps giving me wrong notice. keep sounding the thunder but not a drop of rain is seen, rather the sun is shining brightly now. i kept taking in and out the laundry till my hands are tired. o weather, are u going to rain? if not pls stop sounding the thunder and clear off the dark clouds!! dun confuse me again.
mon dinner was eating the leftover from sun's dinner. yest dinner, i cooked porridge with minced meat, fishcakes and some spring onions. how come i cooking porridge? becos i need to finish off the fishcakes before the expriy date(which is today). dun wan to waste food ma. today dinner. hmm.. eh.. er.. dunno what to eat ler. most prob will be digging the fridge for some ingredients to go with my instant noodles. tmr, fri and sat dinner?? hmm.. tmr den think.. haha.. wan jio me for dinner oso can.. haha..
ah.. shit la.. keep slacking these few days.. my progress of study is super duper slow!!!! dun feel like facing the wordy notes.. how?!?! need to write letter to 'mood' again le.. haiz..
keep scratching till got small red spots (holes with blood) and red patches appeared..
so irritating!!
dunno how come recently my skin feels so itchy..
initially, i suspected that i ate something wrongly. but then, what i had been eating were those that i normally consumed. nothing special ler. so this possiblity is out.
then, i switched the possibility to the shower foam, cos this shower foam had been staying in my storeroom for quite some time le. maybe it had expired? but then again, the itchiness never stops after i changed the shower foam.
strange.
then, i think it has something to do to my bedsheet. but hor, i just changed them only and in the past my bedsheet doesnt give me any problem.
so what on earth is going on that makes my arms and legs itch?? hopefully, my skin is not giving me any problems.
suddenly feel like posting such entry. no special reason.
this morning or rather noon, we had a chat about this secondary school literature book, bridge to terabithia, which is going to be screened in the theaters soon.
i remembered my literature books in both secondary 1 & 2 were 'six shakespeare stories', 'bridge to terabithia' and 'the clay marble'.
i hated to attend literature lessons, mainly because of my 'superb' english. lol. i hated to answer any of the questions relating to the books, because i usually couldn't get the full meaning behind some of the sentences or paragraphs. so most of the time i were doing the guessing part. lol.
the book which i hated most was the 'six shakespeare stories', as you know, shakespeare's language is so chim!! haha. my english then was not up to standard (don't think it has improved a lot now. lol) then i am not a very 'art' person. [thee? thou? 傻傻分不清楚.] lol.
i liked 'the clay marble' best because it is more to reality and more related to us in the sense that it was writtened by an asian and the story was based in cambodia. not to mentioned, the english is much more easier to read and understand. haha.
both 'six shakespeare stories' and 'bridge to terabithia' books are hard-covered. i don't like these 2 books in hardcover cos they were smelly. up till now, when i take out them, they still have slight smell. eee.
anyway, both 'bridge to terabithia' and 'the clay marble' have sad ending. a touching one which will moved you to tears. well, at least this effect applies to me for both. hee.
normally i would read up to the chapters that our literature teacher wanted us to for the 'six shakespeare stories', but for the other 2, i would always be a few chapters ahead cause they were simply too nice. haha.
and because of this author -Minfong Ho- who wrote 'the clay marble', and so happened that my brother had her another book -'sing to the dawn'- as his literature book, i went on to read it. another nice and touching story which will be made into movie (but not sure by when). and since i read one of his literature books, i went on to read his another book -'charlotte's web'- another story which was brought to the screen last month or so.
come to think of it, actually those literature books are quite nice to read. how come i didn't appreciate them when young? haiz. 我真是年少无知. lol.
just now i tried to study on the retake module, but i couldnt concentrate. i felt like sleeping whenever i see the words. too wordy. i dread this module most. yet i need to retake it in this year. oh my god~ i need to face it again. oh no~ so sian!!
hopefully tmr i wont sleep on it again. haiz.
anyway, tmr i got an evening lesson. i dont like evening lessons. cos i dont like to go out in late afternoon. the time is like not 3 not 4 (direct translation from chinese). need to have either super late lunch or early dinner. then while other people is knocking off from work and school, and there i am going to school for lesson. so weird. then when the lesson is over, i will be reaching home around 10pm. zzz. not very used to this.
so long time never do my yoga. thus, was aching everywhere after last sat lesson, which was the first lesson after the long break. and the thing is, everytime when i have muscles ache, i will have the tendency to sneeze and cough more than usual. psychological effect of thinking?
anyway, it was so hard to sneeze and cough with the usual strength. i had to cough and sneeze a little by little, each time with tiny force. lol. also, i had hard time changing out my t-shirt. and my body refused to move as quickly and agile enough as i wanted it to, and hence, i knocked clumsily into few furniture, having blue-blacks on my legs. so pathetic. wahahaha.
really should have at least try to practice yoga on my own during the break. then, i wouldn't have this aching problems. well, at least not that serious. haha.
think i ached so much partly is due to the late arrival of the yoga mat. had to do the 'stunts' on the dirty, smelly, hard and rough carpet floor. wanted to bring towel initially, but my towel is not long enough for my whole body. sigh.
i must be crazy!! i actually went to Mayday's mini concert cum autograph session on friday!!
but i didn't regret it despite long waiting and a blister on each of my foot due to my shoes. the reasons were that their mini concert was very high, can get to see them in such a short distance (monster is very shuai but ah xin more shuai~~), got to get their autography and shake hands with them. i sounded like teenagers going after their idol. but i am not one of them in terms of age group. so old liao still go after idols.. haiz..
anyway, their live performance was superb. really can't wait to go for their Jump concert 2007. but i don't know whether i can go in the end. wanted to go for their previous Final Home concert in 2005 but i found no one to go with me. hopefully, this time, i can go to see them in the end.
anyway, about friday, they were super late for the session. supposed to start at 6pm, but in the end, it started around 730pm. make mi and my fren waited for about 1 hour plus. ah xin (the vocal) apologised to us, saying that they were late because they arrived s'pore late, all the interviews etc had been pushed back. he promised to add 50 minutes of performance to the concert as a punishment for being late. haha. hope he will keep his promise!
they are very friendly and very good to their fans. during the autograph session, they tried to be at their best, smiling, thanking and shaking hands with their fans. despite they were very tired, they still wanted to finish signing all those who were present. when it was my turn, masa and monster were still at their tip-top condition with greeting ''哈罗!你好!'', while the others with simply ''你好!'', all ending with ''谢谢''. after shaking hands with all, i can conclude that ah xin was super tired from his facial expression. so ke lian. of course tired la, he sang 8 songs before the autograph session while the others just simply playing their instruments. singing is more tiring! some more he need to walk here and there, jumping up and down, warming up their fans (even though all had been so high before they came)
my friend took a lot videos on them. wanted to take photos initially, but there were alot movements in front. hence, only managed to get a few photos on them in the autograph session. if only my eyes were camera, then i can save the details to my memory for long. lol.
today is 14 mar. which is also white valentine's day.

in japan, on 14 feb, a girl will present a gift to the guy she likes. if the guy happens to like the girl too, he will then return her a gift on 14 mar, to show that he accepts her. it's as simple as this!! haha.
stupid weather. make mi so sian. only got dark sky with lighting and thunder. but no rain. strange weather.

finally my prelims are done. i m really not prepared for it. never finished studying for all modules and went ahead for the papers. after this prelim, i really know how to write the word 'si'. hahaha. hopefully i got time preparing for the final.

so qiao. just now complaining about the weather. now it's pouring le. oops. is it me?? haha.
i know it is not good to escape. cos people should face the reality. but when you keep having little tiny things that make you feel not good most of the time. i think you would want to escape.
