intend to blog yesterday but lazy u see =p
anyway.. i'm having the 1st local workshop-econs in sch today.. i've never failed to feel sleepy n nearly fall asleep during the lecture before the break time (but i did try my best to absorb as much as possible... n i did!!).. no matter the lesson is held in the morning or afternoon.. haha.. den after the break.. i dont think i got pay attention to the lecture.. 该死.. cos i was chatting away with my frens abt organising a tour during our holidays.. hahaha.. we r so excited abt it... den we got off-tracked.. cos someone suggest tat we go london to take certs after we graduate.. den i continued by saying that we might as well go for a graduation tour in europe then.. 越扯越远.. haha.. but anyway.. we came back to discuss abt the tour for our holidays.. concluded that we'll go during the off peak period (when our holidays still have not ended).. meanwhile need to save up abt 1.5k within 3-4 months (impossible!).. haha.. den after we closed this discussion, we had a mini orientation started by a fren.. u see, we still haven know each other well.. hahaha..
yesterday, went shopping with my mum n my aunt.. dont intend to go in the 1st place as it's john little member sales (my aunt is a member of robbinson group) and my impression is that john litte doesn't sell much casual clothings/accessories.. more on office wear.. but i wanted to see whether there are slippers/sandals and tops for mi to buy... so ended up joining them.. hee..
soon after i reached, went to the shoes section immediately.. hehe.. but due to the limited pieces of shoes, i cant find one that i wanted badly... though i spotted a pair of slippers which is quite simple n nice(but quite exp for this).. haiz... suan le..
i went to accompany my mum to choose handbags.. i found one that is quite nice n cheap(!).. member price is $15 so ask my mum to buy it.. but is white.. so she says she will consider if she cant find any black bags... after searching for sometime.. she gave up.. den went to get that white bag instead.. haha..
den i said, 'that bag i can share oso. hehe.'
'ya hor, cheap cheap oso. so nvm la. i don't want to use, u use lor.' haha..
after tat went to the ladies clothing section. both my mum n my aunt went to try the same-designed long pants.. so i wandered around.. saw a few nice tops.. decided to try it after they came out from the fitting room.. my mum was there deciding whether she should buy that pants cos is quite lengthy.. she need to alter if she really buying it..
den i jokingly said, 'aiya, dun alter la. den like that i can wear oso.' lol.
'aiyo, u wan ma? come come, go try a smaller size de. take my size one oso.' she dragged mi to get a piece n i went to try with a top tat i like. guess what? the pants tat i have no much particular interest in, fitted mi very well, while the top looked so strange on mi.. haha.. den my mum told mi to get that pants(formal office wear) jus in case next time i can wear it to interviews or wedding dinners. (note here, my mum asked mi to buy a pair of pants to keep for future use and she said she will pay for it. so good~ but quite strange.. mayb she's in good mood ba. haha)
den we shop around the level for sometime later.. my mum still not 死心 abt the black bag.. so she went back to the handbags section n finally.. she found a one that she like it very much and decided to buy that..
den she asked mi, 'u still wan the white bag?'
puzzled, i asked, 'y asked mi? tot is u wan the bag? aiya, up to u lor. i anything.'
'ok, den i buy tat, anyway is quite cheap' (now the bag becomes mine. -.-)
so ended up i got a handbag n a pair of pants instead. (notice these 2 items are not casual items.)
while waiting for my aunt to pay for her stuffs, my mum told mi to buy 100gms(a few pieces onli) of the famous amos hand-made cookies (my favourite!! choc chip or choc chip w any nuts.. best eaten with milk!!) to temporary stop our hungerness.. so good~! (concluded her mood is extremely good that day.. haha)
after my aunt had finished with her payment, she brought us to a small eatery house selling yong tau foo.. the ingredients r fresh, the sweet sauce is special n tasty (not those sweet sauce found in food courts), the soup's nice too (peppery taste but alot msg added), the service is good and the price is fair. 7 items for $3.50, after choosing, hand over to the cook n tell her ur preference for the noodles n sauce, den she will ask u for the choices of veg (not included in the 7 items, no extra charge for the veg n noodles) and they will serve to u when is ready. pay after choosing n be4 the food r served (they will appraoch u to get the money). bad thing is the seats r super limited!! otherwise, everything is satisfying.
